Welcome to Fitch Electric! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including any pre-authorizations and payments made through our website. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Pre-Authorization

By completing the payment authorization form on our website, you agree to a temporary hold on your credit card in the amount specified during the pre-authorization process.

•This pre-authorization ensures funds are available for agreed-upon services.

•The pre-authorization hold will remain on your card for up to 7 days.

•A pre-authorization is not a charge; however, it may convert into a charge as outlined below.

Conversion to a Charge

Pre-authorization holds may convert into a charge in the following scenarios:

•Upon completion of services provided by Fitch Electric.

•If a cancellation fee applies, as described in next section.

You will be notified of the final amount before the charge is processed. If the final amount differs from the pre-authorization amount, we will obtain your approval.

Cancellation Policy

•Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a $150 cancellation fee, which will be charged to your card.

•Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in the release of the pre-authorization hold, and no charges will be made.

Refund Policy

•If a service is canceled due to circumstances on our end, the pre-authorization hold will be released, and no charges will be made.

•If a charge has already been processed and a refund is due, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. All payments are processed securely, and your financial information is managed in accordance with our Payment Privacy Policy and Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Limitations of Liability

Fitch Electric is not responsible for any overdraft fees, penalties, or other consequences caused by the pre-authorization hold or charges. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in your account.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Contra Costa County, United States.
