Fitch is awesome! After numerous power outages we called them regarding a generator. They promptly scheduled a visit to the house, appeared on time, determined the appropriate generator size and location, and gave us a very good price the same day. Even better yet; they listened carefully about our power issues and offered several possible solutions to try before going to the expense of a permanent back up generator. If the work arounds do not solve our problem we will be using Fitch, and only Fitch, for a new full house generator.
